If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction you can direct a written complaint to the Federal Privacy Commissioner.

Security

We maintain strict procedures and standards and take all reasonable care to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information and to protect the security of your personal information when transmitted over the internet.

No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as fully secure.  Accordingly, RE/MAX Sunset Coast cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you send to us using our online forms or products.  You submit information at your own risk.  Once we receive your information, we will take all reasonable steps to protect the data held in our system.  If we no longer need your information, we will destroy or de-identify it.

What about other websites linked to our websites?

We are not responsible for the practices employed by other websites linked to or from our websites nor the information or content contained therein.  Often, links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our websites.

When you use a link to go from our websites to the websites of third parties, those websites are not subject to RE/MAX Sunset Coast's Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect.  Browsing and interaction on any other websites, including websites which have a link on our websites, are subject to those websites' own privacy policies and rules.
